Sbrisolona

If you come in Mantua, one of the sweets that you enjoy the cake is sbrisolona.
Every cook has a recipe for "special" and "his" of this cake.
Sbrisolona All cakes are alike, but what is the best?
This is one of "my" recipe for the cake sbrisolona.

• Ingredients 200 gr white flour 200 g corn meal
• 200 gr sugar 200 gr almonds
• 200 g butter 2 egg yolks
  
• grated lemon peel 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 / 2 packet yeast

Preparation

Put the cornmeal in small doses in the grinder and reduce it to dust. Peel and finely chop the almonds, put them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of sugar and allow to brown slightly.
United all ingredients in a large bowl and knead trying not to make a dough too homogeneous, but small lumps that you will fall to rain in a well buttered mold. Bake in convection oven at 150 degrees for about 50 minutes.
When cool sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Dopo una lunga pausa estiva torno proponendo questa ricetta che utilizza ingredienti semplici ma regala una gradevole sensazione tendente al dolce in armonia con la fragranza speziata della noce moscata e della salvia.


Ingredienti per 6 persone

• kg 1 di zucca cotta
• farina bianca
• sale
• salvia
• noce moscata
• butter parmesan

Preparation
