idea is to create regions of asbestos-free, apparently the first of these regions, dovrebbe essere le marche, che hanno già firmato un protocollo d'intesa, in cui regione, provincia, legambiente ed annozeroCO2, si impegnano, utlizzando incentivi nazionali del conto energia , a sostituire tutti i tetti in eternit, con pannelli solari .

Ecco il doppio vantaggio, che permetterà di eliminare e smaltire l' eternit , e dall'altra parte di installare pannelli fotovoltaici su tanti tetti!

Questa è proprio una bella notizia, che speriamo coinvolga anche altre regioni, per arrivare ad un grande compromesso; quello di incentivare il fotovoltaico , rispettando l'ambiente, either through remediation of asbestos, than through the use of covers that will prevent use of the land to build solar farms, which as we all know they have the disadvantage that require very large surfaces, for the production of clean solar energy !

Dearest, when I bought this box in Austria, I in fact, my husband and I have tried in every way to open the cover because I wanted to remove part of the trinkets that were used to replace them with antique lace and old pictures that I drew back a child but it was impossible to do it ........ it seems that the lid is born with the box and we could open it only by breaking the glass, but this could not be done, so I tried to customize it by applying these old lace on the glass and this little bird (could be missing?). Inside I built the Base covered with red checkered cloth, wood in the compartment I applied a goatee ...... and now I promise from now on I will keep all my embroidery threads in order (I already know ..... promises to be a sailor.) rushes on Sunday, as usual, and tomorrow we start again .......! I forgot to tell you that here in the spring seems far away, it is very cold although the sun was out today ...... I guess we have to wait a while'....... good week to you all that can come and visit and leave me your own thoughts!

For some 'days of not updating the blog but I had many things to do, but I went to see you ....... the run, but I passed!

I tidied the house, closed for Christmas (sigh, sigh!), Dusted and cleaned, and now I feel like spring, crocuses and daffodils, days bright and warm, it ..... I know, I know, we will have to wait a lot but the florists I have seen the first primroses and if those do not come then missing a lot ... and so here it is the last pinkeep (but how do I know .... I'll count them!) definitely spring, a yellow lily, or rather a "trombone" as he called my mother, one of those in his garden as a child waiting for their first time to bring a bunch of flowers to my elementary school teacher ..... the Ag enzyme Revenue, in its resolution 4 / E, 4 January 2011, clarifies the situation to the questions raised about the applicability of deduction of 36% ( Article . a law 449/97) and 55% ( art. a law 296/06) on restructuring, the case of expansion under the House plan.

The Internal Revenue Service believes that in the case of demolishing and accurate reconstruction, the reductions are applicable, as it is configured as restructuring and therefore falls under the laws 449/97 and 296/06 , in what concerns instead the expansion following the housing plan, there are two cases:

1 - restructuring existing extension, which competes for the party to restructure the deduction, but not in part responsible for the enlargement ( because it would be new construction )

2 - demolition and reconstruction of the building with expansion, then the deduction does not compete, they are not separate the part of new construction on the side of demolizine and faithful reconstruction ( surgery is a whole new building because it has different shapes and volumes compared existent).
