Consolidated Safety: for new coordinators must be reviewed

requirements of coordinators for safety in design and execution are currently prescribed by art. 10 of Legislative Decree no. 494/1996, which provides, inter alia, the frequency of a specific course whose contents sono indicati dall’allegato V allo stesso provvedimento.
Con il nuovo Testo Unico della Sicurezza, approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri lo scorso 1° aprile, cambierà la disciplina che regolamenta i corsi per coordinatori.
Il nuovo testo, infatti, pur lasciando invariata la durata dei corsi (120 ore), definisce puntualmente (allegato XIV) le materie oggetto di insegnamento e introduce l’obbligo di esercitazione pratiche (24 ore).
La novità principale, tuttavia, è l’introduzione della verifica finale di apprendimento.
La verifica dovrà essere effettuata da una commissione costituita da almeno 3 docenti del corso e dovrà prevedere:
