Apparently, Italy has blocked the regulation of the Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 163/06 ) seems due to a number of formal errors.
was all right and should only be published in the Official Gazette to make it applicable, but has now gone missing in action!
In particular, it was evident the contrast between the rules introduced by the second correction to 163/06 (113/07 LD) and the regulation, while the procurement code, there are still rules that conflict with the European Directives, in short a mess that does nothing but confuse people the work, and technicians from local offices, or professional level, that builders!
short to close after several years of uncertainty, with applications to partial, not completely repealed old laws ( an article of this or that law still in force ), apparently the situation seems to be critical for a long time !
we can do is cross our fingers and hoping to go on do no wrong to enforce the law!
