OMELET WITH "LUARTIS"


Questa frittata la si fa in primavera quando lungo le rive dei fossi si raccolgono i "luartis", germogli di rovi commestibili dal delizioso gusto e profumo.


INGREDIENTI

  • luartis
  • 5 eggs 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • bread crumbs 1 tablespoon white flour a little milk

PREPARATION
