What Type Of Hair Does Megan Good Use

PASTA WITH TUNA AND OLIVE


This recipe taught me Franca and is great hot or cold.


Ingredients
  • 400 g fusilli
  • 400 g tuna in oil
  • 100 g green olives
  • 40 g anchovy paste
  • 2 white onions
  • pepper, parsley, oil, salt

Preparation

Cut the onions into washers not too thin, put them in a pan, add salt and sauté with oil dry on low heat, add tuna, hot pepper and cook for 5 minutes . Wash and drain the olives. Mix the anchovy paste with a little water (or oil). Boil pasta in salted water, add the tuna with onion, olives and anchovy paste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

tip: Drain the pasta when cooking fermatene immersing it in cold water.
